What do I have to do to get the birthday Audino?

Last year, I tried to get it on my birthday, but it didn't work. So, when my birthday happens this year, do I have to go to any specific stores or talk to someone or something? Thank you. Answer this and Audino will give you a present. :D
I'm not stupid, I know it has to be my birthday.

According to Bulbapedia, it was only available in select cities in Japan, so there was no way to get it in America. You could maybe find one on the GTS,

Now give me my present Audino! :P
