Is happines and friendship the same thing?

I try to evolve Pokemon and I dont know if they are the same thing.

Essentially yeah. There is a hidden value from 0 to 255 of friendship/happiness for all Pokemon.

Yes, and they will evolve when they reach 220 or higher, and then gain a level.

It depends, Like umbreon for example, Takes WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY too long to evolve eevee....

I had like this level 15 eevee, Had to get it to level 33 to evolve it.
