How can stall be used to your advantage?

Can someone give me a set that utelizes stall.

Well, Stall was in Gen IV, so those tags are incorrect. Anyways...

It can only really be used to make Payback go last. And considering you have a base speed of 50, that would have happened anyways. Plus, Sableye has pathetic Attack, so you'd be better off using Foul Play. I guess it can also be used to make Substitute go last, which can guarantee a Focus Punch. But Sableye never was bulky and to make such a thing work would be difficult. Just always use Prankster, it is a better ability. So much better, that a Stall set is not even a viable set. Not in any way.
