Nuzleaf, Fake-out, and Leaf Storm?

I'm in Ruby and I'm wondering if I used a leaf stone on my Nuzleaf, to get a Shiftry, at level 19, after I learn Fake out, will I still learn leaf storm? If so, will it be worth it?

No. None of the line learn Leaf Storm in Generation 3. Sorry.

You were probably looking at the Generation 5 learnset, the one on the Pokedex page. For future reference, for a 4th or below Generation game, click on the Generation you want in the "Other Generations" section, under "Move learned by (Pokemon name).
