Shiftry with extrasensory and leaf storm?

Question

So, in Pokemon emerald, I have a nuzleaf and I wanted to evolve it into a shiftry with both moves extrasensory and leaf storm. I leveled nuzleaf up to level 50 and used the leaf stone. Then I went to the move tutor. But the only moves shiftry could learn was pound, harden, and growth. Am I doing something wrong or can I not do this? PLEASE HELP!!!

Shiftry cannot learn LeafStorm in Generation 3. It can, however, learn LeafStorm in Generations 4-6 at level 49, the same level that Nuzleaf learns Extrasensory.
