I am searching for a duskskull in lost tower top floor at 7:30 and can't find one? in Platinum?

(I'm just pointing out) You can find a Dusklops at lv.39 right after you beat Giratina in Distortion world.

It's because night starts at 8:00, and Duskull can only be found at night there.

There is a 20% chance of finding a level 17-20 Duskull on all floors (1-5F).
