Did u know that Explosion and/or Selfdestruct were Steel type moves?

Yes, Explosion is the most powerful at 250. However...

Lickilicky is the only Normal-type Pokemon that can learn Explosion. Since Explosion is a Normal-type move, it will get STAB. And if Lickilicky holds a Silk Scarf, it will raise by a fifth.

So, in this case it is Explosion, but Explosion is a lot more powerful if this combo is used.
