Is Meteor Rain an actual move?

I have read in strategy guides about a move called Meteor Rain, which does the same thing as Draco Meteor but lowers Sp Defense instead. But its not on this site, and ive seen a few posts about it online about people wondering if it exists. Please tell me if it exists and how to get it.

Meteor Rain is definitely not a real move.

The Japanese name of Draco Meteor translated to english is Meteor Shower which sounds somewhat like Meteor Rain so it could have been some type of mistake with the guide.

Either that or it is a phony guide if it is fan-made or whatever.
