I had the M14 Victini in my party when I went to Liberty Garden, and in the basement room, Victini came out of its Cherish Ball & played around its old room. Just a small touch by Gamefreak?
That's normal. I've done it before, and I've looked it up in the past.
But yeah, guess it was just a little thing Game Freak added.
