I know it's exclusive to Pokemon Black2 but is there any way to get in White2 like in Hidden Grottoes?
Yes. There is a 5% chance of getting them in the Lostlorn Forest Hidden Grotto.
Alternatively, you can just trade with a friend or on the GTS for one.
