Because you're breeding a Female Crobat with a male Staraptor, the offspring will be a cute little Zubat. That means the ability will be Inner Focus, since Zubat can't have Intimidate.

Zubat only has 1 ability, so the Zubat offspring will have Inner Focus 100% of the time. It will not get the ability of the father, in case that's what you're asking, as that is not how breeding works.
