Toxic Spikes are cleared when a Poison type switches in, but they don't effect Flying or Levitating Pokemon. So can a Flying or Levitating Poison type be used to get rid of them?
No. Levitate/Flying type makes them immune to the T-Spikes, so they will not absorb them.
