Yes, evolve it if you can. Scyther is Bug/Flying so it´s very vulnerable against rock attacks (400%). Scizor is Bug/Steel so rock attacks do 100% damage but fire 400%. Evolving means that stats are boosted a little, too. I THINK you SHOULD DO IT.

They have the exact same total base stats. It just depends whether you like attack and defense or speed. Since your name suggests you like speed, I would keep it as a Scyther. However, Scizor only has 1 weakness and a lot of strengths. Scyther has 5 weaknesses including a 4x weakness to rock. Scizor learns the awesome attack, Iron Head and Scyther doesn't and Scyther learns Air Slash but Scizor doesn't. But Scyther's Air Slash would not be nearly as strong as Scizor's Iron Head because of Scyther's low special attack. Congrats on your Scyther and Scizor:)

A good post, Swampert, but you were arguing over Air Slash and Iron Head.  If you want the best of both moves, teach Scyther Air Slash, evolve into Scizor, and have it learn Iron Head, so you have both great moves.  I haven't tested, but I believe it'll work!
scizor can learn any move scyther can learn because scyther is the pre - evolution so scizor can learn air slash by pre evolution move
How is air slash good on scizor? It has technician, so Airial Ace I better as it never misses and gets 90 base damage.

well if your looking for defense strength you should get a scizor
but if your looking for speed you should stick with scyther

well it's all up to you

I think you should evolve it because scyther has many weaknesses like rock and flying but scizor has only fire plus it will be stronger.

All of Scizor's base stats go higher, except for its speed, they go lower. But if its EV trained it should be OK.
