Why I can't battle in free battle Pokemon black / white?

every time than I go battle , the game say:: there is a problem with your Pokemon and exit, please help me ! (sorry by the english, i´m from brazil)

Check if you have any banned Pokemon such as legandaries or eggs, or certain items like Soul Dew will not be allowed in battle.

I don´t have =(, I don´t know what else I can do, my Pokemon team is :Brobopass, electivire, dragonite, tyranitar, mmoswine and salamance, =( none of they have itens

Where did you get the Pokemon from? Maybe they are hacked.
