At what rate does you're Repel wear off while riding the Bike?

Quickly, but you will still get the normal use from it.

Example: You used a repel. You got on a bike. 200 steps later, it will be depleted, albeit quickly.

Repel last a certain number of steps, not time, so it will depleat as fast as you can walk said certain distance.
