When and where do you catch Yveltal?

When you go to the Team Flare base following the raid of thier hideout in Lumious City you will encounter Yvetal. Make sure you save before fighting the final Scientist( you will know what I mean when you get there) as you are forced into a battle with Yvetal right after it awakens.

It is obtained after the whole tirade of the "Ultimate Weapon". When you go to the weapon plant in Geosenge Town, you follow the path of Team Flare grunts. Enter the secret lair, follow the building, and in the end, you get to battle Yveltal before Lysandre gets to it.
