Muscle band or life orb?

I am wondering which to choose my Pokemon (This one) has only physical attacks and muscle band give 1.1x and life orb 1.3x looking at it this way I would choose the life orb BUT its take 1/10 of you maximun health and I dont know if I am willing to sacrfice the health for only 0.2x power that the reason of this question

I have used both many times and overall, Life Orb is much better. Now I ma not saying that Muscle Band is not good, but it just lacks the extra boost which often makes the difference between winning and losing. Now if this is in-game go fro Muscle Band, other wise, Life Orb is the way to go!
