Where do I find the Gardevoirite in X and Y?

Does it HAVE to be in postgame or no?? I have been in Cafe Soleil, don't see her... Idk what's happening?

After you beat the elite 4 you can go to Café Solei in Luminose City and you will find Diantha there. She will trade you a Ralts who holdes the Gardevoirite. It doesn't matter witch Pokémon you give her in return.
