Do EVs swap from Attack to Defense when Stance Change activates?

Question

Do EVs swap from Att to Def and from S. Att to S. Def (and vice versa), or will any Def and S. Def EVs remain on Def and S. Def without swapping?
Same for nature and IVs, does a beneficial Def/S. Def nature give a boost in Att/S. Att after changing stance?

So in essence, what would be the best nature and EVs for this Aegislash:

Aegislash @ Leftovers
- Swords Dance
- King's Shield
- Swadow Sneak
- Sacred Sword

EVs will stay the same, but base stats will change.

So if you're running 252 HP / 252 Def and you switch to Atk stance, your EVs will remain the same, but your base stats will change.

For that set I'd say go Bulky Physical attacker with maybe some SDef. 252 HP / 114 SDef / rest in attack. King's Shield gives you your physical Def, while you have some excellent bulk, and protection in SDef. SDance, attack and Bam, massive attack stat all set to sweep.
