Aegislash Shield Base Stats:

• HP: 60
• Atk: 50
• Def: 150
• SpA: 50
• SpD:150
• Spe: 60

Aegislash Blade Base Stats:

• HP: 60
• Atk: 150
• Def: 50
• SpA: 150
• SpD:50
• Spe: 60

All boosts, such as Swords Dance, apply to the same stat all the time. So +2 Atk in Shield form will still be +2 Atk in Blade form.

It doesn't quite alter stats. Rather,

It alters the whole Pokemon.

Aegislash-Shield and Aegislash-Blade are two very different forms of the same Aegislash. Stance Change just triggers a change among them whenever an offensive move is used / not used.
