Restart the Game? Recieve SpeedBoost Torchic Again? [X/Y]?

I'm planning on restarting my game... but I wonder... can I get this torchic again?

The Torchic Event will be available until 15 January 2014. Until that date, you can get it again every time you erase your save file and restart the game.
