How do I get eevee to evolve into sylveon in Pokemon black 2?

Sorry, but you can't get Sylveon is Black 2. It was introduced is X and Y, the game after B2/W2, so you simply can't get it at all.

But if you still want to know the methods, you must level it up with max Affection and a Fairy type move in its moveset.

You can't. Sylveon is a Gen VI Pokemon, and so cannot be obtained at all in B/W2, which is a Gen V game. Itis much like Umbreon cannot be obtained in Red/Blue and Glaceon cannot be obtained in Ruby/Sapphire.

It simply is not possible.
