Whats the point of Natures now that super training is around?

I assume it still applies in some way however I would lile some information on how it works since you can max out your EVs in super training

EVs are different from Natures.

Let's say you have an Adamant Natured Haxorus. This means you Attack stat is boosted but your Special Attack is lowered. EVs are then maxed out in Attack. They are essentially two different things. Natures can boost or lower a stat while EVs just increase stats.

I'm just going to add something. Getting a nature is completely random. Some natures are nutural which means it won't increase or decrease any stat. Let's just say that super training and natures are completely different things
