Why can't I find magnemite in the white forest?

i look at this link here: White Forest

it says that you can find magnemite in the white forest but all I find is wurmple and lotad.

You probably can't find one because Marie isn't in the White Forest. Magnemite will only show up when Marie is there. She looks like this:
