Where is Shell Smash Crustle ranked in tiers?

I distinctly remember enjoying link battles where my Crustle nicknamed "Jonathan" swept the opposing team with Shell Smash boosts in Black and White. This led me to wonder: "Where would Crustle be ranked in tiers with its abilities Sturdy, Shell Armor, and Weak Armor?"

Crustle is down in RU due to there being Pokemon who can better fulfill it's roles.

Crustle is in RU's Mid B Rank.

B Rank: Reserved for Pokemon who are slightly above average in the RU metagame. These Pokemon have more notable flaws than of those above it that affects how they function in the tier. Their positive traits still outshine their negatives, but they require a bit more team support to bring out their full potential

Wow, I thought it would be ranked a lot higher. Even with Weak Armor it's still in RU?

Weak Armor isn't very good in competitive battling, the reason it's so low is due to it's speed which means that even after a Shell Smash boost it gets outspeed by Scarfed pokemon. Also it has shoddy typing and is weak to many common types.
