The only thing I noticed was that Magikarp is always Adamant and Eevee is always Docile. The woman who trades you the Eevee also says it's from the Trophy Garden in Sinnoh.

Actually, there is absolutely nothing special about them other than the different OT number, which increases your chances of winning the lottery.
