Where is the Gengarnite Mega Stone in Pokemon X?

I know that it is in Laverre Town, and a Hex Macine (sorry horrible spelling!) will give it to you. I spoke to every one of them inside of houses and outside on the streets and not one of them gave it to me. I already beat the game and I have all the other mega stones that I can find in Pokémon X. Please help me! Thank you! :)

Go to the houses to the left of the Pokeball Factory entrance. There will be a Hex Maniac outside a house who will give you the Gengarite.
