For Pokemon x, I hear rumors of scizor mega evolveing. Is it true? if so, where is the mega stone?

Scizor does indeed have a mega evolution. It's mega stone, the Scizorite, can be found behind Abomasnow in Frost Cavern.

Your mega key has to be updated before you go to Frost Cavern. Beat the champion, then go to Kiloude city. Beat Serena or Calem depending on your gender, then go to Anistar City. Talk to the Professor, then go to Frost cavern and get the stone.
