In Pokemon X I can't seem to get my Digital Player ID, whenever I try it just sits there saying that message until I cancel it. Has anyone else had this problem?
You can only get Digital Player ID when there is an event or a tournament.So its possible that when you tried to receive the ID,there was no event.

Digital Player IDs are only available when tournaments are currently ongoing. So there isn't a way to legally obtain your Digital Player ID.
