Is it possible to recieve 2 starter Pokemon in Black 2?

Not really, unless you hack the game to receive 2. However You have hugh, your main rival and a secondary one( opposite gender of your characther) which will use the starter neither you or hugh chose, but it won't be registered in your pokedex as you only see it in the Battle Subway.

Actually you dont see it in the battle subway, you see it outside the battle subway, so im pretty sure it does register.
