Does Quick Guard work for moves that dont always have priority?

To be more specific, can Quick Guard block a flying-type move from a Gale Wings Talonflame?

Quick Guard will now block moves given an increased priority through Prankster and Gale Wings. Quick Guard can also now be used consecutively without failing, although it still decreases the chance of success for related moves.

So, yes, it would work.
