If I use Quick Attack in Pokemon Legends Arceus, and I activate strong style, do they cancel each other out, or does strong style override?

There are no moves in the game that affect your priority the turn you use it. Everytime you choose an attack you are guaranteed to move first, because that's when the opponent(s) are done moving. Strong style may only impact priority if you are slower than your opponent.

I would recommend hitting Y when in a battle screen to see the move order
My expectation is that the bonus to the action clock from using Quick Attack would be cancelled out by the penalty to the action clock for using Strong Style.  But without knowing the exact modifiers each provides it's difficult to say for sure.
Quick attack wouldn't always do that if you weren't fast enough to compare to your opponent if you get what I'm saying
I am not a reliable source but from my experience the negative priority from strong style is balanced out by the positive priority on quick attack, resulting in a neutral priority move.

There's no priority in the game it will just make the opponent move twice (sometimes) quick raises action speed meaning u might move twice in a row
It would not necessarily, as either you or the enemy could be much more fasterer, the enemy could use a agile style move, the enemy could use a faster move etc.
