What Pokemon can you NOT use for Wifi in XY?

I've recently seen a usable mewtwo, so I wonder what you can't use, if any

If it is Battle Spot, I guess all Pokemon are usable in Battle Spot. I have seen Palkias, Reshirams and tons of legendary Pokemon being used there. That is for the Free Battles in Battle Spot.

However, for the Ranked online battles in Battle Spot, there are restrictions, where the typical rules of a Battle Facility applies i.e. (No identical Pokemon, no identical items, no
