Do ability capsules switch between two hidden abilities?

Question

If a Pokemon has two hidden abilities (ex. chandelure) if you used an ability capsule , would the ability switch to its other hidden ability or would it switch back to its regular ability?

No.

This is because Pokémon cannot have more than one Hidden Ability. In the case of Chandelure, Game Freak changed it's Hidden Ability from Shadow Tag to Infiltrator in Generation VI. Chandelure could not be legally obtained prior to Gen VI with it's Hidden Ability.
