Can I have both 2 ability in 1 Pokemon ? (gen3)?

My Aalakazam have ability inner focus. Do I have to rebuild it to get synchronize or do I already have it? Thank for previous answer too I do a research a lot after that too.

No, there is no way to have two abilities on one Pokemon, and you can't change your Pokemon's ability either (at least in Gen 3, in Gen 6 the Ability Capsule allows you to change abilities).

So to get a Synchronize Alakazam you'll need to capture another one, unfortunately. Sorry :/
