In the data base it says that the move "Trump card" has an attack power of 200 with 0 pp?

I don't understand because you cannot attack without pp?

It's already explained on the page:

>The power is calculated based on the PP remaining after the move has been used

The base power of Trump Card is calculated upon the PP after Trump Card is selected, i.e. if you have 1 PP left, you will have 0 PP when you have selected Trump Card, and therefore a base power of 200.

Smogon says the same.
