well the easiest way to tell what ability a Pokemon in the friend safari has is use worry seed and then breed a female HA squirtle/wartortle/blastoise with a male Pokemon with aura sphere and dragon pulse the only parent is Clawitzer it learns dragon pulse at lvl 63 or by going to the move relearner and using a heart scale and it learns aura sphere at lvl 67 or by going to the move relearnerand using a heart scale
