What is a good LC moveset for Swirlix?

Ah, you guys are forgetting that if you breed 2 Swirlixes knowing a move it learns by level-up, the baby will know that move.  (Unless there's something about the LC that I'm misinformed of.). And, isn't Swirlix considered too powerful to be in the LC anyway?

swirlix's psychical move pool is somewhat crappy as hell. it learns play rough, but it stops there. flamethrower isn't gonna be much used on this set, but it can deal with ferroseed.  thief could be an option over flamethrower, although that makes swirlix walled by ferro

Trait: Unburden
EVs: 208 SAtk / 96 SDef / 204 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Dazzling Gleam
- Flamethrower
- Surf

Late game, this set is lethal. Rarely does it not get at least 2 KOs. Calm Mind gives it more power and special bulk. Dazzling Gleam gets STAB, and wrecks anything that doesn't resist it or isn't a dedicated special wall after a boost or 2. Flamethrower toasts the Steel types that resist Dazzling Gleam - Surf takes out the bulky Ground types. Since Swirlix resists Mach Punch and Sucker Punch, it's a great sweeper. The EVs maximise its special attack, while allowing it to tie with Scarfed 19 speed Pokémon after the Oran Berry's gone.

Well, Swirlix is banned but I guess you can still use it in LC Ubers.
