Does having a hacked Pokemon affect my Pokemon X game?

Question

I got a hacked Togekiss level 1 from the GTS, and I am worried it will affect my game especially since I got 4 Togepi eggs from it. Please tell me what I should do! Thanks! :)

There's a small chance that it will screw up your game. It might corrupt your files and stuff, maybe causing it to restart your whole entire game!

My suggestion is to get rid of it ASAP.

Ok I will but will should I get rid of my togepi(s) eggs too (they are hatched)
AND PLEASE ANSWER ABOUT THE TOGEPI FROM THAT HACKED TOGEKISS
SHOULD I KEEP THEM OR GET RID OF THEM LIKE THE TOGEKISS?

When you get a Bad Egg or Hacked Pokémon poorly created, you can be sure that some functions will be disabled and in the worst cases, your Save is ruined. For example, once a Bad Egg replaced a Pokémon in your PC Box, it is useless to look for a way to get this Pokémon. It will be gone, erased by this multiplying egg (And sometime even from the Game code source !!!). Other sources claim the contrary : That the Bad Egg erase your Pokémon by replacing them !
