Can Transfer Only Moves be passed down like Egg Moves?

Can Transfer Only Moves, example for Eevee having Heal Bell, can it be Transfered like egg moves to the egg?

Transfer-Only Moves cannot be passed down the egg unless the move can already be legally passed down to the egg. E.g., if the transfer-only move is an egg move off the offspring species.
