In White 2 what does the "MICHINA" Arceus Card supposed say?

What I mean is can anyone give me the correct description as in...

Mine says..

Rash nature.

Apparently met at Lv. 100
Likes to trash about.

I doubt it's real because shouldn't it say something like "from Sinnoh?"

Also the "OT" is "MICHINA" and its ID No. is 02010.

Because the you said the OT is "MICHINA" and the ID Number is "02010", and with the language being in English, and the date being the 27th March 2010. There is only one Arceus Event that meet these requirements:

This Arceus could be obtained on Pokémon Diamond, Pearl, Platinum, Heart Gold and Soul Silver.
