Where do you find all Arceus' plates in B2/W2?

I have an Arceus, but I don't have all its plates.
Can you guys give me the location of them all?

In the abyssal ruins. You need surf and dive to get there. Search for it on this site (Pokemon Database) to get a map of all floors that also says where all the items are.
