Do only traded Pokemon disobey?

It simply makes sense that your Pokemon obey you no matter what, but I might as well make sure.

In Scarlet/Violet and Legends: Arceus, even Pokémon that are your Original Trainer (OT) can disobey based on the level met when caught. For traded Pokémon, this would be the level you receive them at when accounting for obedience.

In Gen I - VII, Sword/Shield, and Brilliant Diamond/Shining Pearl, only traded Pokémon can disobey if their level is too high, pertaining to their current level instead of the level they were met at. Pokémon with you as the OT will obey no matter the level.

Not only traded Pokemon. Gym badges allow you to "control" your Pokemon without them disobeyng, so if you have a Pokemon whose level is higher than the level your badges allow you it will disobey.
