Noibat ability to make Pokemon stun can the evolved form do this as well?

Like noibat Pokemon that has a great ability to make Pokemon paralyzed
So the noverin can do this as well

Noibat doesn't have the ability to stun any Pokemon. Noibat's abilities include: Frisk: identifies target's item; telepathy: stops Pokemon from being hit with " area moves" such as surf, earthquake, bulldoze,etc.; and its last ability is infiltrator: goes pass enemy defenses such as reflect, light screen, substitute.

I'm afraid that Noivern cannot paralyze other Pokemon with it's ability.
