You can buy all except PP Up/PP Max here.

Pokemon Centre at Laverre City
or Kiloude City Battle Maison (costs BP)

You can find HP Up, Protein, Zinc, Calcium, Iron and Carbos in the Battle Maison for 2BP or buy them in the shop in Laverre city, if you have the money for them.

Some you can find in other places are:

  • Calcium: Route 17

  • Carbos: Victory road

  • PP Up: Route 7, Route 13, Route 15, Route 18, Route 19, Route 21, Frost Cavern, Victory Road, Kiloude City or buy it in Lumiose city.

  • HP Up: Route 8, Route 15, Route 19

  • Iron: Reflection Cave, Lost Hotel, Terminus Cave

  • Zinc: Frost Cavern, Victory Road

  • Protein: Route 15, Route 20, Lumiose City, Cyllage City
