If you breed a foreign Pokemon,will the hatched Pokemon be foreign too?

No, Pokemon nationality depends on where the Pokemon was hatched.
By where I dont mean in-game, I mean where you live.

Source: I have hatched ALOT of eggs. using both foreign and "normal" Pokemon.
