You're kidding me.
That doesn't make any sense. When I looked at it, it wasn't answered. I would never answer a question that has been answered already. Why would it be like that....

No, The chance of finding a shiny is the same for every copy of X and Y. You can increase your chances through the masuda method, chain fishing and the pokeradar but it's all luck!
