Is there a way I can get a Pokemon to get a specific egg move?

I want a Tyranitar with stealth rock. I've bread another Tyranitar not knowing stealth rock with a Ditto, and its offspring doesn't know stealth rock, even though that's a Tyranitar egg move. Do I have to breed it with something else that knows stealth rock? Or is it just random?

To get Stealth Rock on a Tyranitar you need to have a male Pokemon from the Monster egg group with Stealth Rock in its moveset and have that Pokemon breed with a female Tyranitar (or evo).
