Which Bug types learn Rapid Spin or Defog?

Stleath Rock is becoming really annoying esp for my bug team. Any suggestions for a bug type that can learn rapid spin or defog and would be a good Pokemon to use against steel types.

thank you, i do have a scizor on my team but what do i remove for Defog : bullet punch, swords dance, roost or quick attack

Keep quick attack

---

quick attack has no use on most Scizor because of Bullet Punch, so replace Quick Attack.
