I know it's not technically released yet, but it's quite possible it's known. Since it can't evolve, is this Floette an exception?
It doesnt evolve, so Eviolite doesnt work. as simple as that.
Source (both Floettes took ~the same amount of damage, both have same EVs, natures etc.)
